On May 6th 2024, we celebrated the tenth anniversary of the creation of EthosEnergy, which brought together the legacy of more than 40 brands from across the world under one entity with a shared ethos – to turn potential into performance as the global independent service provider for rotating equipment services and maintenance. To celebrate we created the EthosEnergy Global Forest.
On May 6th 2024, we celebrated the tenth anniversary of the creation of EthosEnergy, which brought together the legacy of more than 40 brands from across the world under one entity with a shared ethos – to turn potential into performance as the global independent service provider for rotating equipment services and maintenance.
To mark the occasion, we have partnered with B-Corp organization, EcoMatcher, to create our very own EthosEnergy Global Forest. We have planted 3,700 trees across Ecuador, Madagascar, and Thailand to represent each of our talented teammates. As a token of our appreciation, each tree has been individually gifted to them, acknowledging their vital contribution to our journey.
Our forest contains 12 different species of trees and is projected to sequester an impressive 925 metric tons of CO2 during its lifetime. The trees, planted by the non-profit organizations Conserve Natural Forests, ProAmazonia, and Bondy, not only contribute to carbon offsetting, but have created employment to support 11 families.
Although we are marking ten years of EthosEnergy, we are celebrating almost a century of shared knowledge, expertise, and success. Starting in 1925 and spanning the decades, a variety of specialist rotating equipment businesses, each with its own unique strengths and specialties came together to form the foundation of who we are today.
Our anniversary is an excellent time to reflect on our collective achievements, celebrate our successes, and express gratitude to our dedicated teammates who have contributed to our growth and success. We hope our Global Forest, and their individual trees within it, continue to grow as EthosEnergy goes from strength to strength.
